No oak (which I love) this wine is made in stailess steel tanks and straight to the bottle. Its fresh red cherry nose and bright complex fresh red/blue fruits make it so easy drinking. Juilan wants you to see how great his land can make this awesome grape....ZERO SULFER ADDED!
