DESCRIPTION: The color is inky, almost black. Very strong, grassy nose. Lots of black fruit on the palate; tannins still rather astringent. Think this could use a bit more time in the bottle, but still approachable now. Softens up a bit after an hour of breathing time. Moderate finish. Has a little residual sweetness on the finish, but this isn't a problem. Hangs together well
