This wine comes from Ardéche Rhone France, this one is a little more on the funky side of what we would expect from biodynamic/natural wines in the market. Super intriguing nose with scents of fresh black cherries, plums and of other aromas of cured meats, a little herbaceous too. On the palete bright rich sugary red cherries, ripe raspberries, nice acidty, a little mineraly too, its got a lot going on and please don't get scared its a little cloudy because he filters the wines very lightly..ZERO SULFER ADDED!
This wine requires food so bust out a cheese, meat plate at home!
