GALLICA VINEYARD
September 19, 2017
GALLICA is a small hands-on family winemaking endeavor, they make wine from unique sites, work side-by-side with committed growers, and explore Rhone varietals.
The only wine I knew from Gallica was Gallica Suzuri shake ridge ranch, I didn't know they make other varietals, but On one beautiful day I went to T-Edward office to talk to David Kaul ( a very nice, humble and down to earth person ) regarding the new wine and other stuff then he introduced me Gallica Albarino Roric Heritage Vineyard Calaveras, It was so beautiful and amazing it made to fall in love with Gallica, I am so thankful to David Kaul he has helped me a lot.
After tasting the beautiful Albarino from Gallica, I ordered a couple of case to introduce to my wine community, and they were completely bowled out with the taste. After having Gallica Albarino, I and my wine community tried at least 5 Albarino from California none of them were near to Gallica Albarino.
My heart is so small I have to give space to everybody and Gallica made it through, I met the beautiful lady who is behind making Gallica so special, Rosemary Cakebread where she was introduced to Cabernet Sauvignon at the historic Inglenook Winery. From early cellar jobs to a winemaking position at Spottswoode Vineyard and Winery, Rosemary built her career around a love for wine. She has more than thirty vintages under her name.

She is So beautiful and amazing person, Very humble and down to earth, I got a chance to taste all the Gallica varietal with Rosemary, AlI the wines was so beautiful.
